This project involves the construction of four single-storey warehouse/production units with office accommodation, along with external site works, including hardstandings for lorry parking, trailers, and car parking spaces. The development provides 350,000 sq ft of industrial space across a 31-acre site adjoining Astley Business Park in Tyldesley. Two units will offer 35,000 sq ft each, while the two larger units will span 146,000 sq ft and 141,000 sq ft.
