Our works included full Construction and internal fit-out of a new-build Rehabilitation and Accommodation Block for Aston Villa’s first team.
Newly constructed immediately adjacent the first team training pitches which remained in full use throughout the build across the 2025/26 football season. Constructed from traditional masonry and Concrete construction on CFA piled foundations with a mono pitch trussed roof, the façade is traditional brickwork to compliment the existing swimming pool building with curtain walling to match the existing gym facility. Our works included the Full internal construction and fit out of the 40nr ensuite bedrooms including highly efficient air source VRF Heating and cooling systems, Mechanical heat recovery ventilation systems and electrical installations with fully integrated online SMART control and access systems, all achieving an A+ energy rating . Internal Finishes included bespoke manufactured fitted furniture and all fixtures and fittings.
