Project Summary

Design and Construction of a new Aston Villa’s Women’s Super League team and Women’s academy building.

Built onto the existing academy building and adjacent the training pitches during 25/26 football season. Constructed using a structural Steel Frame on CFA piled foundations with distinctive black composite cladding panels and windows to complement the existing facility. Full internal fit out of the facility to include ground floor Player and coaching staff Changing rooms, Physiotherapy suite and medical treatment rooms, hydrotherapy facilities, and a state-of-the-art gymnasium, at first floor we created a new Players Lounge, Auditorium, offices, and meeting room. The high specification fit out included air source VRF Heating and cooling systems, Mechanical heat recovery ventilation systems and electrical installations with fully integrated online SMART control and access systems, all achieving an A+ energy rating.

The facility has also benefited from the construction of an associated full size indoor Multi use pitch.
