Project Summary
This project involves the fit-out of a previously constructed 74,941 sq ft warehouse. The scope of work includes:
- Construction of chemical storage chambers with Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) racking.
- Installation of VNA and caged racking systems.
- Installation of specialised ventilation systems.
- Upgrading lighting installations in the warehouse and racking areas.
- Constructing a new Anchorwall office to meet user requirements.
- Power connections for the occupier’s equipment are being installed.
- Relocating the tenant’s equipment from their previous premises.
