We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the refurbishment of DC13 at Prologis Park, Coventry, for our valued repeat client Prologis.
The project involves a comprehensive upgrade of the existing facility, aimed at enhancing both functionality and long-term performance. Works will include a full refurbishment of the offices following strip-out, together with the removal of existing warehouse racking.
The scope also includes extensive building fabric improvements, such as roof and gutter cleaning, repairs and full refurbishment, rooflight replacements, and cladding repairs. Dock doors and associated dock equipment will be refurbished or replaced as required, alongside repairs and full refurbishment of the warehouse floor.
Sustainability and future-proofing are key elements of the project, with the installation of new EV charging points forming part of the works. External improvements will also be carried out, including yard repairs, deep cleaning, and new road markings.
