Submitting an enquiry through the Site does not create a contract for construction or related services. Any engagement is subject to separate written terms agreed between you and TanRo.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TanRo excludes liability for loss or damage arising from use of (or inability to use) the Site, including any reliance on Site content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may also bring claims in their local courts where required by law.
