Operating on behalf of a private developer, TanRo are undertaking the design and build of 8 terrace style industrial units at Merlin Park, Telford. Whilst working alongside a live office environment.
Proportionally to the size of the units, the scheme has an extensive yard, car park and associated drainage scheme.
With the installation of the external yards ahead of the frame, the site is clean and tidy for the duration of our works.
The vertical composite cladding offers a cost effective whilst appealing solution in keeping with the surrounding areas.
