Project Summary
TanRo has been appointed to convert an existing warehouse in Bicester into a state-of-the-art, multi-temperature facility designed to support a wide range of storage and food preparation requirements.
Project Scope:
- Civils and Groundworks required to suit new operation
- Creation of temperature-controlled zones, including frozen, chilled, and ambient areas
- Development of specialised food preparation areas to meet industry standards
- Full M&E services installation to support all operational needs
The scheme is scheduled to complete in Q3 2025, delivering a turnkey facility for the end user
